Will permanent weapons be transferred by migration process?

Hi, i am going to buy three permanent weapons with nx cash on Nexon Global servers shop. I already succesfully migrated my Nexon Global account to Papayaplay. After the 13 july,will my three permanent weapons be transferred to my Papayaplay account if today i buy them?
