Unable To Launch Game Beyond Initial Start

Like the title says, I'm unable to get the launcher to get much further than the "Start" screen.  The game loading icon comes on but that's it.   This has only been since either last maintenance or the one before that.

That said, I STILL CAN'T FULLY LOG INTO THE GAME, OR IF I DO, I GET DC'd WITHOUT EVEN PLAYING MUCH (since June 21, 2016).

    I have the same after every patch. I have to reinstall the game every time to fix it

    Hi !
    Did you resolved you problem ? Because i have the same issue with the launcher ! Nothing happen after i select START :/
