why cant i log in still? I really want to play :(

i type my id 

i type my password

It then say (disconnect from server) in a white box not even letting me get to the character screen

anybody else have this same isssue? or anybody else had this issue and solved it? or got their game to work?

    Create another account to see if you have the same problem.
    Remove/stop antivirus - download and fresh install the game

    try changing your password and not use special characters in it.

    @ Armedia i have the same issue takes me 3-5 tries before secondary password shows up and a chance that dc when trying to login DV.

    @ Gismo, do you what could be the cause of this disconnection? i even get dc when trying to login to DV channel or switching channels DV/ Kali/ DK server. My ms is good, no lag just don't know why i'm dcing whenever i switch.

    Old issue, VPN solves most of it, but they don't allow it and are not fixing it. Catch 22, total unsensitivity, as if lawyers and bankers run the game... fkin bstrds
