Is this game even working??

I've just downloaded and patched my game, but I keep getting disconnected everytime... Sometimes I can remain connected up until the character creation screen, but once I pick a server to try to play, I get disconnected 100% of the time...

Any ideas?

    1. Uninstall and delete the game and client
    2. Uninstall antivirus
    3. Download and install game.

    Maybe this will work
