IB2 tix from Hot Summer Token

GMs I'd like to clarify, the tix said x10 meaning it's 10pcs right? Because after I exchanged the token the "Total" says only 1.

    Omg, the only reason to participate in the event was those IB2 tickets. How demoralizing! GMs, fix it ASAP.

    So, if you exchange 20 hot summer tokens at karin, for ib2 tickets you get 1 ib2 ticket, instead of 10, like it says in the description.. glad I checked the forums before I exchanged the tokens. Hopefully they will fix this, and give 10 ib2 tickets for 20 tokens, in order for... whatever this is, to even be called an event.

    I've asked the staff about this. My guess is it's the name of the item and you just get 1.
    But I will wait for final word.

    If you believe it should say 1 in description, then 20 Summer Tokens is too high price for it! Lower it down to 5 at least, if you will keep giving out 1 IB2 ticket.

    well its got the same name as the one for sale in D-shop and the D-shop one gives you 10.   And your advertising say that you can get exclusive D-shop items with tickets.  So yeah we would expect since they share the exact SAME name that you would get 10 tickets not 1.   Double check if you don't believe me.

    Seems to be a fairly common issue to me. I know I've personally reported issues like this 2 or 3 times in the past. Community players all say "oh QQ somewhere else", and papaya staff goes "sry that's how it's supposed to work"

    I've learned to just have other people buy crap first. Either papaya truly doesn't give a crap and just purposely false advertises to us/lies. Or they have a serious math/dyslexia issue with their devs.

    Either way, i say anytime you want something new, let someone else buy it first, chances are you don't get what is described. And papaya doesn't seem to give a crap, or they would stop doing it, multiple times now.

    That's how i do it for years.
    I let other players test first and wait for the complains :))
