Will there be a new game launcher ?

I'm just wondering if there will be a new game launcher for Latale when it comes to this site.Does anyone know if there will be a new one ?

Game launcher? Probably or it might just launch LaTale right after you click the icon on your desktop.

To my knowledge OGP was the only LaTale host with a stand-alone launcher. Other versions (Thai, Korea, Japan) have/had none. Which means you launch the game via its native launcher and in case you disconnect you do not need to start the game all over again. Simply re-log within the game client itself.

Loading LaTale into memory is a hellish process that can leave a party waiting for minutes. This happened EVERY time we would disconnect at OGP.

For the love of all that is holy... If a launcher does happen in the future, PLEASE give us a reconnect at title screen option, or something.

if its just the game launcher wonder if its possible to use our existing game file and just download a patcher

I don't think it'd be possible to use the existing game files. The server IP is different, and there are probably other things different as well.

it is possible ive done it with another game when playing a private server by using a client converter but they probably wont do that.

it only works if the 2 versions have similar clients but if theirs too many differences might not work. just gotta wait and see
