Problem when try to log in

I changed internet provider few days ago, and after that i cant log in in the game. When i type my user name and pw and press log in, in other window i got message server disconect. When i am not coonected on my home network, i tried to coonect on internet with mobile phone as a routher, and all work perfect. I can play normally. What to do so i can play over my home network. I called my provider to ask them if is it problem in routher but they say its working normaly. I saw a lot off people had this problem, but didnt find any solution. :(
