PSA: Deleted Character names can NOT be reused.

With 1 week till the game's launch, while most of us are veterans. Plenty of new players, or people who played and were not familiar with the game in greater detail may be playing. So lets make sure everyone is on the same page. To prevent unneccessary name waste by opportunists.
If you make a character with a certain name, then delete that name. It can NOT be used again under any circumstance.
So if you plan on making say, alternate accounts to hold names with mule characters, those mules, once deleted, will NOT free up the name.
Can't they change it?
No, this is due to how the game was designed initially. Long story short. Too much data is tied directly to a characters name, rather than the opposite. A game, or any program can't do anything it wasn't designed to do, and some things are too integral to change that a publisher like OGP or papaya can handle on their own.
Summary is:
Don't hoard names unless you're actually making a character on an account you'll actually make use of.
Don't trust anyone "selling" IGNs. Common sense aside that its against ToS to do such a thing, you're gonna get ripped off and you're gonna get laughed at. It's literally impossible.
Make sure you know what class you want to use what name on so you don't end up making a class, not liking it, and being unable to use the name when you do find the class you wish to play.
