karin's daily rewards

Hello Dear support and players
i recentely made a bagi warrior account in order to get a +8 set of the event for him,so when i did,i didn't get the reward so idk how i could get it on my previous account,and also one other thing that i don't understand is whenever that i try to take a daily reward,it says ''Shortage in comeback token'' and i don't know what that means or when is the server time right to collect a new rewards,so pretty much please i really need an answer about the +8 rewards box because i'm a free to play and i need it badly and also an answer for that Shortage thingy
