Transparency between Papaya and the community

I'm sure everyone else is as excited as me to start LT again, but one thing I'd really like to see is more transparency between Papaya staff and the players. One of the worst things about OGP was how they kept a lot of stuff closed off and away from the players, leaving us in the dark.
Granted, they weren't always like this and I really did enjoy the GA system they implemented, but it came a level of elitism as some of the GAs became rather arrogant and presented themselves as if they were better than the rest of us - but that seems like a separate topic all together.
TL;DR, please don't keep us in the dark Papaya. Allowing us to see what's coming and how things are being handled will make the community feel much more involved with the game but it'll also benefit you as you'll get feedback on what we believe will work and what won't work, you'll understand your customers much better this way.

As of yesterday one more GM has joined LaTale Discord server. So now we have 2.5 GMs available for direct communication! Can you imagine OGP doing that?
I'd like tl suggest hiring a LaTale veteran that can serve as a Community Manager. Filling in as needed when the GM's don't have time to reach out, probably leaving some angry people asking where they are.
