The only thing I really cared about was the pet. Everything else is just a delightful bonus, some of which I'll probably end up giving away because they aren't my style.
Though, now I'll have the issue of having two adorable pets. I didn't know the blue dragon pet existed, and now it'll be fighting for visibility with my brownie (which I am totally getting again; I can't be without it).
@Eris That is awfully kind of you guys. Although I wouldn't qualify for it. It seems like a good addition for those who were from beta. I hope the devs take the consideration serious enough to allow it. They have a lot of great people supporting their game who have stuck around all these years. It's the least that could be done really.
@umbrello I mean, I understand the whole anger about the tiers being locked behind levels, but why reward people if they didn't put that much work in a game, even if they played it for a long time. What do you expect to gain if you don't put any work in? I may be biased because I reached level 220, but I am satisfied with what I am getting, and that's because I worked hard to get there and work shouldn't be discredited or be over looked due to players who have played a longer amount of time, but have put in less work. I guess papaya couldn't find a way to be able to sufficiently reward long time players, and hard working players.
@Eris Thanks for the information, and glad to see you both read and take our insights at the very least in consideration and more importantly, letting us know about it. I can't stretch how important this is to me, but maybe also for the community in general.
Keep up the good work!

lol get out of your feelings my dude AugustineVii, take a break maybe go out side. they are not handing out rewards on the most "Forum time" get off papaya give them some breathing room before you hop back on.
@JrGrim I do spend quite a bit of time outside. I am pretty physically fit but thank you for your concerns about my well being! I really appreciate that. But, attacking me isn't going to do you any good. Words don't hurt someone like me, buddy. As Aegelweard said, I just want to be helpful to not only less experienced Vets but also newer players. Don't take anything I say too personal. If you disagree, then disagree, but being a jerk isn't the way to go about anything. Because you aren't hurting anyone, just making yourself look bad. Let's try and keep things positive and friendly. I have nothing against you and I don't plan on mudslinging either. I hope you have a change of heart before your next reply. Thank you!
I have quite a few complaints about the packages...
Firstly, why the hell would they make them lvl-dependant, there's a LOT of people with a huge amount of playtime that never hit lvl 201 for various reasons, this limits you to tier 3.
There's no bonuses for having played the game for a long time other than the tiers that require you to be from before January 2011, that's 3-4 years after the game launched. The original description of the legacy player status was that rewards would be based on when your account was created or your play-time.
The actual rewards are quite low and mostly useless, The [Event] pets will expire quickly and the consumables will of course be consumed. Only the mount is going to remain usable (and I'd hope the griffons will be available elsewhere since the B&W griffon a completely unique item with a special ability that can help MASSIVELY with platforming sections of the game)
There's almost nothing here that's unique and going to stick around besides the titles and mounts, ...and the titles will quickly be replaced by better ones. I would expect at least 1 fashion item or permanent reward per tier that is EXCLUSIVE to that tier and not going to be available in the cash shop (or in-game) anytime in the future.
The amount of cash included in the packs should either be reflective of how much the player spent on OGP or left out entirely, as I've said in another post I've personally spent upwards of £2,000 on OGP LaTale (and I know several players that have spent considerably more) and to receive $10 as a replacement for this is more like a kick in the teeth.
@TheGar98 not really sure why that was a response to me but as far as hard working is concerned, some people like myself just had trouble focusing on one character because it was fun to make new ones. My highest level character just didn't get to 200, that's all. I had 7 characters that ranged from 140 to 180. I worked my butt off trying to make ely.
Made my account on launch, on the original Latale. But never got around to leveling too much. At the time, my computer wasn't so great. Was excited to see that Latale was coming back, still am. Kind of disappointed with the tier rewards though. Looks like I get the Tier 1 one? Grouped up with those who made an account in before 2017. Lol. Trying not to sound ungrateful, but wow, the other rewards sure look great.
