Crest option on costumes.

I just bought a Sun Wukong costume from Dshop and now i see lot of people selling some amazing stats differnt color crests. I bought one and it says i need to go to the blacksmith to reinforce it. When i go to the blacksmith and click on the costume it says, the item cannot be restored
Can someone please tell me the correct procedure to put the crest options on the costume..

    id like to know this aswell because I cant either and I saved DIL up for a crest which looks to be useless

    sorry to bump and old topic but in response to your question, I think this is a system that hasn't been added to the game yet and will be added in the near future. would be nice if we could get more information on things like this from staff.

    Wrote to Papaya about this and was told the socket option and crests for costumes were a mistake.They may add in the future but have no plans to at the moment.So...if you can sell Crests for millions of dil do so...they are useless
