Returning player question

I haven't played LT in about 3-4 years and lately I've seen quite the Wanderer videos. My question: is Black Anima a class that needs good ping like BM? KR Wanderers seem to attack much faster than NA ones. I live in Europe so this kind of affects me since I've heard there won't be EU servers.

    The Katana skills are ping dependant yes. Whilst BM is still to a degree ping dependant. Awhile ago, they changed the combos for Blade Master to make it less ping dependant. After the servers moved to West coast again (i am east coast). I was sitting at around 100-110 ping and the swings were still pretty fast for me. But of course. There was still some latency there.
