Legacy Packages/ Why I believe there are some issues

I really appreciate the fact that Papayaplay are acknowledging the player base of LaTale run by OgPlanet, and the rewards that players are receiving are definitely very charming and appreciable. However, I'm just not fond with the idea that my account which was made in 2008-2009, (only about level 110ish highest level character) is going to be clumped with the rewards someone can get just for making an account for the game right now( 1st tier legacy package is for characters level 1-170). I feel as though being a loyal member to the LaTale community in the past, as well as the time spent just means nothing because my character is not a high level, and there is nothing i can do to change that due to the fact i cannot download LaTale from the OgPlanet launcher to try and get my character past 170 as fast as possible. It's just pretty FeelsBadMan, for the players who stuck around for a while, but never had a high level character.
