Game Server and Client availability

Hi! It seems like the game client/launcher is still unavailable to download, as well as the game servers not yet being available?
The 'Download Now' link for La Tale just tells me that 'the servers will be available on 28 June' (which it now is, CEST). How can we download the client while we're waiting?
