[NOTICE] Incorrect Legacy Packages

Hello Players,

We are receiving reports that players have received incorrect legacy account packages due to sub class level not being accounted for correctly.

We have identified the cause of the problem. We will work to gift everyone who received an incorrect package their correct tier by the end of this week.

    Update for players who have not received their packages.

    We have a solution ready to be deployed by today June 29 by 9 P.M. CEST. This solution will give everyone who did not receive correct package due to subclass level higher than main class.

    Note.
    1. We received some confusion regarding OGPlanet La Tale account age criteria for legacy account purposes. The date of creation is considered from when you created La Tale character on OGPlanet service. Not when the account is created with OGPlanet portal without La Tale data attached.
    2. Verify you have created a Papaya account linked to the correct OGPlanet account. We have found several Players who had logged into the wrong linked account with lesser or without any legacy package. We cannot gift you package manually without La Tale data on the account.
