Wierd Game Guard problem

so when i sign into the game and log in. i get a gameguard error its unknown cause its written in some wierd langauge

    Have you a screenshot of the error?

    If you have an antivirus then I suggest switching that off and then trying to play and see if that works as sometimes your anti virus thinks it's a virus.
