the connection is delayed due character information issue

Every time I try to enter a dungeon for example shangri-la I get this message popping up and get disconnected.
Anyone has this as well or know how to solve this problem?

    I have the same thing!! really looking for a fix because scenario quests are a pain to do because of this...
