Windows Vista getting a critical error and restarting.

Every time I open LaTale it crashes my Windows. I'm not really sure what causes this. I'm using Windows Vista.
I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Turned of my AV and other stuff too.

Does it not just work in Vista anymore?

    Try changing compatibility mode!

    Right click on LaTale.exe
    Compatibility

    Select different options and see if that works.

    I tried that. I also tried:
    Redownloading it.
    Turning off my AV and reinstalling it.
    Tried running it in admin mode, both reinstalling and running the game.
    Turning on some Windows programs incase it depended on it.
    Scanned my computer for viruses, found nothing.
    Checked my Event Viewer to see if anything shows up and couldn't find anything.
    Cleaned my registry and temporary files.

    If you got any more ideas let me know. I really want to play.
    And before you ask I was able to play LaTale using OGPlanet's launcher before.
