Account update failed (91040)

Hey since latets Update on 21st of June I always get this error when I try to login.
Can someone help me?

    Support a ticket to Nexon as it's still under there ownership and down to them if there is an account problem.

    @v0nndutch well they aren't responging since last Update. I can't play for 8 days now and my premium and other stuff still expires....

    Were your account banned in the past?
    And did you agree for migration?
    My friend have same problem .. After the ban expired he could play for 2-3 days and got that error.
    This is definitely a problem on the Nexon side ... If you agreed for migration I think that Papaya could help you somehow, but there is no other wait than waiting for an answer from Nexon.
    Btw. did you write a ticket to English support or other language?

    Yes my Account was banned in the past.
    But I got unbanned around 2nd of June.

    I also agreed for Migration. I could play until last Update. I created 2 Tickets one in german and one in english but the english just merged my english ticket into the german one...

    Nexon support is awful. I guess you will have to wait until they respond. Which sucks!

    Yeah especially the last days. I mean if you see my ticket and merge it to the german one so why don't you just help my?

    But the German Support helped me very much. I just want to go on playing...

    Its Nexon... don't expect much from them. I believe Nexon have a support team that works like 3 days a week.

    1 day for Bans etc
    1 day for payment issues
    1 day for accounts

    Yeah it actually seems like that. Especially they never respond on weekends....
