Crashing when opening the game.

Tried a bunch of stuff that doesn't work.
One
more thing, even though Windows 'encountered a critical error' it
doesn't show up on EV. As in it doesn't show up in the Event Type:
Critical even though it forces a restart on my computer.
A script error also shows up when I try to launch the launcher. I
can click Yes or No and can still start the game but once GameGuard is
done loading it crashes. Sometimes the opening video, the papayaplay and actoz stuff, is fine but once it
reaches the loading screen it always crashes. I'm not sure if this is
the cause of my problem but it's there. I also tried fixing it, doesn't
work.
Specs are:
WindowsVista Home Premium Service Pack 2.
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33GHz
6GB RAM
64-bit OS
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
Also since it's Vista I'm using IE9 Ver 9.0.8112.16421
- Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.
- Reinstalling with directx doesn't work because I already have it.
- Running as administrator for both installing and opening the game to patch doesn't work.
- Running in compatibility mode doesn't work.
- Disabled my AV and tried everything above doesn't work.
- Tried turning on Windows Installer and Windows Modules Installer incase it needs to write an .msi file.

So I'm sure it's IE that has a problem with the script. Maybe the game just doesn't work on Windows Vista anymore? Even though they list XP and Vista in their SysReq page.
