LaTale Client not working

i successfully downloaded the latale launcher and as soon as i open the launcher it opens latale but it quickly gives us an error saying latale client has stopped working. I have a microsoft surface pro 4 and latale when it was for OGP worked fine so i don't see why it shouldn't work now. any help would be greatly appreciated
