[NOTICE] Hacking in Clan War - Clans Deleted

Hello,

We want the same "Rules" in War Rock! like a game in BlackShot. Because full of hacking in clanwars.

Mercenaries,

We are aware of the sudden increase in hacking in-game, specially in the Clan Server. We want to assure you that we are working fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hacking in Clan War

- If a Clan is reported with valid and obvious evidence of hacking in Clan War without a report from their own clan members, all clan members that are on that particular match, will all be in risk of ban.This ban, might go from 15 to 60 days. The hackers themselves  will obviously get a permanent ban on all their accounts;

- If a Clan is reported several times with valid and obvious evidence of hacking in Clan War without a report from their own clan members, the clan will be deleted without any notice or possible refund;

Clan War Kick Requests

As most of you already know, we implemented a feature where you have the possibility to ask the GameMasters to close the room of your opponents in Clan War, if you have clear evidence that they are Hacking or Bug Abusing:

1- You must collect clear Video Evidence that at least one or more users of the opponent team are using Hacktools or Bug Abusing;

2- You need to be at least Captain and have to send a message to one of the GameMasters (in game or Teamspeak) requesting to close the opposite clan's room:
e.g.: "GM-Monster, please close the room of the clan GameMasters. We have clear video evidence that they are hacking in Clan War";

3- After making your request and getting the reply from us that the room was closed, you have 24h to send us the video's link by support ticket. If you don't send us the video with clear evidence you can be banned for 30 days. This is to assure that this is not abused;

Anti-hack Campaign

As many of you know, we have a reward system for reporting Hack Tools and third-party cheat programs. In which we reward the users that send to us working hack files. Check this topic for more info: Anti-hack Campaign

Game Masters Tips

- If you see that one of your clan mates is hacking, immediately collect some evidence, report and kick him/her or leave that clan;

- If you see another clan hacking in CW, immediately collect some evidence, contact one of the GMs and we will close the room if you commit to send us the evidence in a 24h period;

Even though it's our responsibility to make Blackshot a hack free game, it's impossible to do it without your help. The sooner we get a report with valid evidence of a hacker, the sooner he/she gets banned. Don't forget that you can be rewarded by reporting the hack files.

    Clans use to get deleted in WarRock anyway if found to have cheaters in there.

    This has been a couple of times already. Papaya is aware that we want this in War Rock too (I mean bans, prizes for reporting etc.)
    Lets just wait and see ...
