cant connect, think i'll give up

Every patch I have to uninstall the game then re install to get back in the game. I have sent a ticket.. no reply. Today I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times without success. I've spent a lot of money on this game and now I can't get on. Maybe it's time to give up. Papaya.. shame
