I transfer my OG PLANET account to PAPAYA PLAY, when i log in the new account,it doesn't have any of my own characters.

    Our characters don't transfer. Instead, you get flagged as a legacy account for rewards. There are errors with it atm where people are getting the wrong packages, or some didn't even get them.

    You may need to submit a ticket. But you'll need proof of your highest character from OGP, so hopefully you have screen shots saved.
