How are people leveling up so fast?

So I just came back after not playing this game for 6 years, thinking that it would be like a fresh new game...  Everyone would have to start from scratch, and it would take a while before people would be level 100+.  Turns out, there are already level 180+ lol.  I just got off work, and I am kind of disappointed...  But I guess I would like to know how as well so I'm not a noob forever.  Thanks!

    Questing honestly, if you check your gift bundle menu, you should have a quest reward +100% 30 day book .

    If you use that, it makes quest exp double. That, combined with the level up equipment makes for some very effective, fast leveling.

    questing till level 140 basically and then solo expert coli/md/bollywood got me to 196 pretty quickly ^^

    With my HO bamboo cutter doing 200k Crits, he's only lvl 130. Quest are easy, very tedious, but I can gain a 2 maby 3 level turning in all 25 quests.

    You can grind at Tiger Temple 150 with prime+advanced potions active for some quick leveling. Then you go to old good Coli.

    Hello, I'm a fellow newb as well, just hit Lv 80. Checking in with the pros here, is it recommended to quest till lv 140 before finding some grinding spot?
