[NOTICE] Issues Claiming Items From Play with Papaya Event

Some Players have reported not being able to retrieve items from the Play with Papaya event even after logging in for at least 30 minutes each calendar day (CEST, GMT+2).

We are aware of the issue. And we are looking for a resolution for affected Players. An update will be posted in this topic when we have further information.

If you are not affected, you can retrieve your items as normal.

    The Play with Papaya event will be temporarily removed following emergency maintenance today June 29 at 09:00 P.M. CEST. We will look toward finding the cause of the problem and return the event with additional items once solved.

    * Day 8: [Bound] EXP Potion (+300) -> [Bound] EXP Potion (+500)

    * Day 17: [Event] EXP Potion (+500) -> [Event] EXP Potion (+500) (x2)
