Id input error

so after i log it it shows me  ID input error msg after i chose chanel not sure what is a problem ?

    it has been 2 days now since i post this problem on forum i even send a support ticket but no answer, i tryed redownloading a game, turned off my antivirus,firewall ,changed my password noting works! i still get id input error when i log in! 

    i also tryed to create new account but same problem!

    over a month now and still cant play! well thanks papaya ! support didnt helped at all, redownloading a game didnt helped....

    nop  i didnt , i even tried on friends pc but he also gets id input error it seams they made latale region blocked (i live in serbia) cant play anymore :(

    I think this is related to your antivirus. I was using AVG before, after removing it, I have never seen this error again.

    Cant edit. Ignore what I said before. 

    You may get more direct help if you join the LaTale discord server. The GM's are even there and actively talk to everyone.

    i am really sad for not being able to play latale again since i was able to play it on og planet.....
