The skill Extrasensory for Soulless One does not provide the Cooldown Reduction that is stated. The skill only gives the AP recovery.

    Hey stark~

    iirc i thought they changed it to just give ghost CDR same thing with ArM 
    i only get AP but i do notice my CD's are shorter even without crown-
