So...Level 200?

Is there any particular reason why you think they made us wait a month for our second level 200 character coupon? 

I kept thinking about it but I don't really see why they would make us wait at this point in the game.

    It's probably to let people get to 200, and then do a server wide scan to see who made it to 200 to distribute the item to get your other character to 200.
