Can't enter the game.

I cannot enter the game because my in-game cursor stops in the middle area right before I click the appearance button (character creation). I can log in, choose a server and a channel, but after that I cannot do anything because the mouse won't go further down. It stops every time it is in the middle area and it won't go down any further to click the button that takes you to the character appearance. I tried to re-install the game but it is still the same. And it only happens when it is inside the game window and also I cannot fix the window size to the size that I want. Please help me fix this. I really wanna play and start my adventure in this new server. Thanks in advance and more power!

    Is there a way to resize the window that is too big or off screen? I need a smaller window screen size for the game client.

    there is way but i can not link it go main la tale web look for support bottom it says how to  change screen size

    Here is a solution right click on icon go to compatbility mode
    disable display scaling in high dpi
    enter game finish creating character and renable the display afterwards
