Incorrect Legacy Account Package

Hello! I was just wondering why I got the wrong legacy package. My La Tale account in OGPlanet was created year 2009. I only got the Tier 1 when it should be Tier 5 or 6.. I hope you guys can help me out and fix this for me. Thanks and more power!

Tier 5 (Level 201 ~ Level 219, created before January 1, 2011)
• $30 La Tale Cash ($10 per month for first 3 months of service starting in July) - Purchase items from the in-game store using this credit.
NOTICE: You must log in at least once per calendar month to receive your credit for the month.
• Legacy Guardian Title Guidebook - "Protector and warden of legendary tales from a past era."
- Dual Critical Rate +3
- EXP Gain Rate +10
- Movement Speed +10
- Basic Stats +200
• B & W Griffin - A special Griffin mount in black and white.
• Rose Key [30D] - Key that unlocks a hidden skill and gives your character powerful abilities.
• Emperor's Card [30D] - Card with a hidden skill to lower your cooldowns instantly.
• [Bound] Event Stimulant (x100) - Give your pets their full potential with these stimulant capsules.
Tier 6 (Level 220)
• $60 La Tale Cash ($10 per month for first 6 months of service starting in July) - Purchase items from the in-game store using this credit.
