  For purely spam pots. 

  
  

  As far as I know and/or recall, the only thing you can still get and farm are the Red Abio cokes and the HolyWaters. Red Cokes from the random quests, and those blue holy water spam pots you can get from new character level up boxes.

  
  

  (Make a character, level to 100-160, harvest the pots, repeat)

  
  

  You can also get monthly Blue Abio cokes by buying 6000 ltc each month.

  Hi! I'm currently starting the LL4 quest chain and was wondering where I can get the items for the quest Mysterious Dragon Collection? It says I need purple serpent ball, water ball, dragon skin and greedy magic stone.

  A fully comprehensive guide is currently being made. 

  We just stopped short of LL4 though, so I don't know that information just yet.
