I don't have anything to do at this time, I'm really bored and i find the forum funnier than the game.
I'll be providing a top 10 things to delete and a top 10 to improve. I'll also admit what good has been done.

TOP 10 THINGS TO DELETE
1- 1 shot snipers. Yes they make the game very unbalanced and make it very difficult to enjoy.
2- no recoil riffles. With this and the top i believe u'll obtain a 10% of the community to come back. I promisse.
3- SKINS, every single skins should permanently be removed.
4- Add bunker defence back.
5- Make the goldbox 50bsc  all 3, and stay out of anything OP, no need for 999days item, anything can happen, including game closure.
6- macros, they are quite simple to patch, but banning players wont be the right decision since u'll ban ur whole community and u know it.
7- Speedkit, u shouldnt be faster or jump higher or shoot faster, thats hack perks. I BELIEVE
8- BSC GEARS, if helmets have been disliked, useless, hated for so long, adding an even harder helmet a harder armor and ofc this is only available for the cash people.
9- Throwing Knife, in the mode its fun and it should remain there for life, nowhere else. Its extremely OP and annoying.
10- High damage SMGs, u aalready  have a lot of speed with an SMG, but a high damage makes it unplayable. Remove all those op smgs also.

TOP 10 THINGS TO IMPROVE
1- GUNS ANIMATION
2- GUNS APPEARANCE, SPECIALLY GOLD WEAPONS
3- DEFAULT SNIPER DAMAGE.
4- SOUND SYSTEM
5- GRAPHICS, common its time already.
6- Make bad words available, even tho removing it sounds great its just completly useless, people still say it, and people still get ban for inapropiate language funny ha?
7- LAG, Servers are fine, but stability will be apreciated.
8- CW SERVERS REWARDS
9- SKIN COLOR SHOULD BE BROUGHT BACK
10- downgrading blackshot version to the one of 2013. HAHAHA

THINGS THEY HAVE IMPROVED and are worth of mentioning are.
1- FFA, was requested for so long finally after 6 years its done.
2- permanent weapons!! Greatest thing ever done by you.
3- Weapon Race is really fun.
4- GMS Grew up a bit.

    Instead of adding pay2win weapons, make something else payable like skins or custom made game modes for BSC player without any ''high advantage''.

    Else i can only agree with the list..

    I agree with most of your points but.

    "1 shot snipers. Yes they make the game very unbalanced and make it very difficult to enjoy". - I don't think so its unbalanced. The things that make this game unbalanced are (not taking into account Vertigo - yes, someone had to come up with it...) BSC armors, helmets, special chars with sick gears and MedKit +. 
    Is it fair and balanced if you take for example McMillan, AWP Gold/etc or even some BSC snipers and need 2-3 shots to kill 1 person, while you playing vs 5+ players and all use these gears and need just one click and hold button to spray you with no recoil weapon?? No it's not fair and ballanced. Snipers are powerfull weapons which should kill with 1 shot. Maybe not all but in game should be sniper rifles lilke that. The thing that make them OP is fire rate.

    BTW. When you take shot from sniper you should lose armor so even with full HP you should't survive second shot (from any of sniper rifle). Thats how this should work in my opinion.

    "7- Speedkit, u shouldnt be faster or jump higher or shoot faster, thats hack perks. I BELIEVE" - I did not like it but changed my mind over time. Speedkit is funy thing and also tactical but should not be so that you can use simultaneously SpeedKit and MedKit,

    JUST:
    The sniper thing, I would like that almost every sniper is 1 shot but then the fire rate need to get down. Cause in the most game I know snipers are just one shot..

    My point is, sniping is way to easy. Yes a sniper is a powerful weapon, but have you ever seen how much times it takes someone to shoot and preparation? Sniping should be very slow at aiming, the 1 shot ones. Very slow at walking, AND EXTREMELY LOUD! Small mags. Remember the barret from 6 years ago? Yes i mean like that. The rest should be 2 shots to have all the different stats. Trust me if it isnt like this, then there is literally no chance for a riffle user.
