Cant get into the game

I've tried everything from removing the game to re-downloading the game and it still doesn't work for me. I have also played this game in the past and didn't have a problem like this before. I have run out of ideas as on how to fix this, so im hoping maybe someone can share any ideas they might have, any and all help is appreciated.

Right click game icon and "Run as administrator".

I have the game running as ADMIN at this current time. I also have more than what the minimum requirement is asking for. I'm not sure what has change with how the game game runs but i did play the game before the company switch.
