New and full of questions ~

Greetings!
I haven't played this game for a long time now,
and decided to come back starting up with a fresh character.
In other words; the game is technically new to me, which raises a few questions.
1. Max Lv.?
2. Which server is the most popular/populated today?
(within EU)
3. How would you define a Top.3 DPS class list?
4. Are all classes needed for todays dungeons/raids/pvp?
5. Are there Achievements in this game?
(If so, is it possible to complete them all by 100% if you start today, or are there ones that are unavailable due to being tied to old one-time events or somthing?)
6. Is it possible to see every available quest? from a list, or map or somthing.
(or do you have to scan the map manually?)
7. Will quests always be available for you until you finish them?, etc, finish a Lv.1 Quest @ Lv.50
(or will they disappear if you reach a certain gap between it's level and your character level?)
8. Is it possible to reset skills/stats?
9. Is there some kind of membership with a monthly fee, that unlocks all the features of the game?
10. Wheres the server located at? will there be latency problems if living in europe?

235 Starts getting rough about 190 to do any sort of leveling.

as of 7/4 One server so...yeah 8 Channels to connect to

I don't keep track of it myself cause I play the class which is most fun to me not really caring about dmg. From what I've seen myself I'd probably say Popstar, Demigod, Judgement, Rouge Master, Blader and Highlander are in good spots as they have a lot of APM.
4. Are all classes needed for todays dungeons/raids/pvp?
Nope. Pretty much I think Savior and Popstar is all that's required sometimes. Popstar for sure cause heals and good buffs. Ruin Walkers are nice to have in dungeon runs as well since they have the best drop rate. Last hits determine loots as such there's usually a big chest you wack at the last stage.
5. Are there Achievements in this game?
I think you can currently complete all achievements. Not 100% sure on it.
6. Is it possible to see every available quest?
Once you've reached a certain level you can see quests around your level. For instance to quest in Aquarium you have to be at least 126 I think to get the quests which run from 126-129 or so.
7. Will quests always be available for you until you finish them?, etc, finish a Lv.1 Quest @ Lv.50
Yes some classes have what is called a subclass that you get at lv 140. Once you make this advancement you'll be playing a class that's for the most part completely different from the main class and can go back and complete every quest again if you wanted. (Unless this has changed recently.)
8. Is it possible to reset skills/stats?
Stats no. There are Premium items to change your stat rolls but your stats are given at every level up and 2 people can have very different stat rolls regardless of being same class and level. Skills you can reset at anytime for free.
9. Is there some kind of membership with a monthly fee, that unlocks all the features of the game?
No Just a cashshop which you can buy various character aids (Yes very pay to win)
10. Wheres the server located at? will there be latency problems if living in europe?
Eastern USA Not sure ping wise but you'd probably want to avoid classes like Blader which are super ping reliant.
