LTC Delivery time?

So from the legacy event, I was hoping to finally receive my LTC but its 5PM server time and I was wondering if anyone else has received their LTC from their package, because I have not...
 I'd like to know if I'm the only one that hasn't received it.

    I was actually expecting mine too. But I haven't receive it yet. I'm suppose to be a 2nd tier and got the 1st tier instead.
