@pofolks bro u need to chill the fk out i cant believe ur in the same guild as me ur so annoying lol, you don't have to bash on a person. He's just stating problems about the game.I don't hate or like ezzen but the points he makes are fair. He is a experienced player in latale and the problems he sees is what i see as well. You have to be delusional if u think 35mil prime pots is not a problem in this game. Granted its only been a week and i hope Papaya changes things. Ezzen knows how much and effort it takes to end game as do i and at the current state of the game more people will quit before they get there.
I like Ciryu's points
"with no IDR I would assume this would be 1000 times slower (considering we used 1000% idr). If you're fine with trying for a weapon everyday, getting a base once a week (surely less in this version), then breaking it despite having the max enchant rate in the game, then this is the game for you I suppose. And when you finally cave and decide to buy a base/enchanted weapon, they'll be so rare due to non-p2w players not being equipped to do these dungeons that you won't be able to afford it comfortably. Don't even get me started on cards/codex (especially codex using kLT rates). This is by far my #1 concern for the game. Once everyone who quit pre200 coming back and defending this change realize how slow and demotivating this change is, it'll be too late."
Ogp players were lazy as fk even with 1k idr as not tat many people even reached end game. Imagine a game with no idr and less ely rate. This is even more demotivating and harder than ogp making people quit.
read 2xe's blogs he lays out all the problems with the game currently.
Can't help but feel like people are ignoring the ease of getting mutant gear and the general higher stats we have naturally. I remember being unable to touch just about anything without Ymir gear but here I'm taking down Starry Cats and Big Tube at lower levels with ease.
Just feels like people are too used to paying out to get easy rides to be honest. *shrug*
Also I can't help but feel like they're trying to keep people from getting TOO crazy ASAP.
If I had one complaint, we just need IDR boosters. Nothing crazy like 300%...sure as heck not 500%, but 50% + a WS would make things quite reasonable.
Over all, no, his whiny complaints are far from valid. He's just use to cashing his way to victory :U
The way that LT is now makes it like a side job instead of an enjoyable game. There are missing items that may be added in the near future I hope. The level 200 wall is an even bigger hurdle than it was on OGP in the current state. I don't see any change; it's the same formula. Things get expensive as you level and endgamers suck the ely out of players in a lower stage of progression.
Fair enough. I've already said I'm not eloquent enough to get my points across properly and @cyrori summed up my feelings.
The truth about humanity is that no one can ever truly be alone. Don't be mean to others. You never know who they might be in the future, or how important they might become.
You're only able to take those down because of the level-up gear we were provided. They were free, and a lot more viable than Ymir.
People ARE getting mutant accessories. People are doing the best they can in our current situation. However, as mentioned multiple times, there is only so much people can do without reaching higher levels and when they lack sufficient amounts of ely.
I hate to side with Ezzen with this. If he was "used to cashing his way to victory", he would have done it already. I think you don't understand that a lot of end-game essentials are currently missing from the game, or are behind a cash wall.

Good to see people discussing and staying mainly civil about this. Though the situation is not ideal, there is a lot of opportunity for the game to get back up and grow, so we'll see how it goes. Keep voicing your opinions and show Papaya that we care. :^)
Also going to say this again: if all you have to say is "adapt," "(insert something about salt) or have no critique, please do not post.
Sad to see a bunch of people bandwagon disregard a persons argument just because of their forum name or because of who they were on OGP. Did some of you really transfer because the game wasn't grindy enough? Suprisingly that's what it looks like from some of these posts.
@Pofolks The fact that you need to adapt to a game you've been playing for years is sort of sad, don't you think? Isn't this the exact same reason OGP failed? Because people tried to adapt, but couldn't so they left? You have to work x times harder than before and you still will pretend there isn't any issues.
@Sarina OGP la tale wasn't pay to win. This La Tale is definitely more pay to win than before. The most desired and basic necessity prime exp potions has been locked behind a pay wall which effectively grants all the money in the hands of the cash spender. A free to play player can't even level past 202~203 at a decent pace with the current supply. It's like having the content of the game locked behind a pay wall, or the other option, an excessive amount of grinding to be able to catch up to a cash spender as a free to play player.
@Starryeyedbunny That's the beginner game content. As stated above level up gear makes that easy. The game starts at 200, so everything before that isn't really much worth talking about.
cyori: "a lot of people do not realize even if all players were given supplies to get to endgame, it still takes a lot and a lot of work to stay on top of the game."
Gotta say that's the largest takeaway from that whole post. It seems a lot of people aren't realizing how many more years it will take to get to where they were before on OGP. The game has effectively become slower, and there's no items in game to purchase from other players and no large quanitites of ely in circulation like on other servers. People don't seem to realize that the game doesn't end at 220/235, there's still months to years worth of gearing in game at that level. Atleast when I hit 220 on the previous server, I still had been kept busy with gearing for a good 6 months before the closure. Even with 600~800% IDR per dynasty run I still remember having week long streaks of not even getting a drop. It took me about 2 months of running dynasty roughly 4-5 times per week to finish my weapon. I probably had the poorest of luck, but I can't imagine doing that with the minimal IDR of around 100%-250% IDR I'll have in the future, It could easily take up to half a year just to finish a weapon that is basically mid game.
Well, it is what it is, the game is a good 5x longer than before, but I guess we'll see how the majority perceives that within the next few weeks.
This version is just not viable long term. It is again based around cash players supplying the market with even more restrictions like abio cokes and other grind items being trade locked.
You have the same people scamming, the elitist guilds, the hoarding and overpriced sellers, a company treating thier player base as piggy banks, it makes me quite sad actually. Who would have thought we would get a worse version than OGP?
I feel I did the right thing by leaving and back charging all my LTC. I can't say if that is something you should do, since it is a personal choice for everyone but as I have gotten older my ability to analyze trends has become more fleshed out and based on actions and decisions so far, I don't see this version having a very long lifespan unless radical changes are made regarding supply and cost.
Also the obfuscation and secrecy surrounding items and boxes does noone any favors(and also makes it very easy to win disputes) especially when you expect people to pay 1 dollar or more per chance.
This version has a lot of work to do and in my opinion Papaya and/or Actoz needs to definitely unfuck itself before it reaches a point of no return. It is still very early in the life cycle but with not wanting to pay OGP for data and making everyone start fresh, the tolerance for bullshit will be severely less among longtime players than otherwise may have been the case.
I truly hope the game gets on track for those invested in it but given the past obstinance I've seen, I'm going to hedge my bets and get out before I invest a lot of time and possibly money in a situation which has a good chance of not improving.
Im siding with ezzen on this one, KLT endgame is pretty brutal, on many levels without proper support. Hitting lvl 235 means nothing if you dont have the gear, cards, index, Etc. Granted most of it was a side objective but to do endgame content effectively you gotta do it.
@arcamus at first I was just trolling XD but stuff took a hard right turn! Like I said bro 50% what I say is bs, other 50% is ehh, then 50% is kinda ehh.
You guys know that as long as people are whaling and fighting over a scarce supply of 500% xp potions nothings gonna change right?
Throw some competitive events in front of you guys and the community will eat it all up. Papaya knows this, and thats why the game started off catering to it, with no casual or moderate options in sight.
Your spending habits speaks louder than your words. The people who arent spending are the loudest. But everyone trying to get into the 200+ levels and putting their wallet into it are just as loud too.
Me? Honestly im a moderate. Im unhappy with some things, but im still willing to spend on whats fair and not unhappy enough to quit for sure.
I personally refuse to buy seres boxes or any of the xp packages. I feel its not worth and im in no rush to push past 200 until hopefully pricing improves in the future. Or cheaper 300% packages happen. I'm not buying into the endgame rush.
However i will acknowledge that ive never gone into lv 200 + content even in ogp. I felt the game wasnt going into the right direction at the time and a year or so later, i turned out to be right. My patience partially comes from not having done it all once already, so i dont mean to ignore that i havent been in those shoes.
But that doesnt change that ive been there before, and how games like this play its players, im just saying be aware.
One of the reasons why I transferred was because this game was and is the best game I've ever played yes we do have problems because the game is still fairly new and I hope that it'll get fixed for now I'll continue to play the game casually and watch it through I've supported the game then and I will now
Honestly I am only rushing to 200, for the second character 200 insta buff. After that I will be slowing down and waiting to see how pricing and stuff evens out. It's still in its first month and people are expecting instantly for things to be settled. Give them a break, they JUST got this game. OGP has not been good at managing games for many MANY years now, anything Papaya chooses to do will be miles better. They will read the forums if they are worth anything, stuff like veteran talk will allow them to move forward in a direction that is profitable but also keeps the game they just bought into alive.
