Velfa Rep + another issue

I noticed my Velfa Reputation is locked and I haven't gotten any tutorial quests to unlock this. I, tried doing quests at Velfa and still haven't gotten it.
This is a separate issue, but I still want to address it. Yesterday, I had accidentally sold my Degos Nucleus's. I had around 30 at that time. I mistook them for the darkness power source at the Chunsilk Castle. How did I mistake these two? I didn't hover over the item, to check if it was the Degos nucleus. I had so much Darkness Power Sources, I just wanted to throw them all away. I had no use for them. Does anyone know if Papaya will restore my Degos Nucleus's. The Item Drop Rate is very low, when farming Degos armor, I only get about 2-3 pieces a run.

[Edit] I did send a Help Desk Ticket for the Degos Nucleus issue.
