    I'm having this issue as well. I've deleted files and re-installed for over 10 times now Lol. 
    I don't use any anti-virus program plus I even disabled my firewall and defender when I re-downloaded but it's remained same. 
    Common solutions don't work this time ;v;

    I been having the same problem  uninstall and re install and nothing works it keeps happening  is annoying since I want to lvl up and is affecting my game time

    I cant find a way to fix it :-(

    This is happening to me too. Sometimes it wont pop up for half and hour, sometimes within 10 minutes. Only occurred after the last update (3 days ish).

    I first speculated it had something to do with game time played. . .from login that is. . .but that's not even the case anymore

    Even taking a break from the game for the day. . .I get the problem 10 seconds in. . .which means wasted pots and no event for me :(
