Log In Bug

Ive tried logging on multiple times, whenever i do, either the computer freezes, or a message pops up saying,''GameGuard running is overlapping, or is already in process. Try again after exiting game.'' The message pops up even after i restart the computer. I also right click and ''run as administrator'' but that doesnt help. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
