@XbuxtonX10 Well, I'm using human disaster, and I have no complains with it, however both skills tree have pros and cons, which I'll try to explain the best I can:

    Human disaster

Pros: Overall higher damage, because your militancy skills will go to level 15, meister skills also do significantly more damage at max level, and have better debuffs overall, step 1 has 8 hits, step 2 has also 8 hits + a -10%def debuff per hit, with a chance of 57% per hit, can overlap 8 times, step 3 has 6 hits, hits 2-6 have a 67% chance of -14% critical resistance debuff. If you compare head to head the steps from Human disaster with Iron will, step 1 HD has 3 more hits than step 1 IW, and also a 2.5k dmg per hit, step 2 HD also has 3 more hits than step 2 IW, and also 3-4k more dmg per hit, however step 3 HD has 4 less hits than step 3 IW, but it has 1.5k more dmg per hit. The total damage you will do at max level HD after you used all steps will be 337.700 vs the total damage you will do at max level IW which is 277.500, HD without taking in consideration the debuffs. Add those and the difference will get even bigger.
Also the skillbooks are a bit cheaper for HD, because most bagis go IW.

Cons: You need to max every single step in order to really enjoy this meister class, because each step, at level 1 begins with only 2 hits, and until all your steps are max level, you will be at a handicap when pvping/pking.
Also the step 1, even if it does a ton of damage, it will take a lot of practice to learn how to properly use it, because its an aoe skill, and I'm pretty sure it has the smallest area of effect out of all the skills in game, and only the 8th hit has auto-track, the rest will not hit if the target is not in the aoe. Basically, in order to fully use this skill, you will need to stun, then go dead center on your opponent and use the step before the stun runs out.Not easy.

In my opinion this meister tree is better than IW when you go against other classes that will fight you head-on such as AK, DK, VS, CS, Bagi(IW), HB and Aloken, because this classes have very strong defensive skills, and you will need as much damage as possible, and also due to the fact that it will be easier to debuff this classes, and also use the step 1, even without stunning them, because you will be hitting one another at close range.

    Iron Will

Pros: Better defensive abilities, because your Fighting spirit skills will go level 15, and way easier to start with than HD, because you will start with maximum numbers of hits on step 2 and 3 from level 1, and step 1 will have max hits from level 6+.

Cons: The skillbooks are more expensive, also it does significantly lower damage than HD.

In my opinion this meister tree is better than HD against classes that kite, such as Hunter, Mage, BW, Seg, Segu, because this classes can turn the tables very easily in a pvp, when they are in a tight spot, by keeping their distance. This are the kind of classes you don't want to give them a second to breath ,and the stun from step3 makes that significantly easier to do.

    TL;DR
HD: Higher damage, better debuffs, cheaper to max all steps, better against AK,DK,VS,CS,Bagi(IW),HB,Aloken.
IW: Higher survivability, easier to begin with, better against Hunter, Mage, BW, Seg, Segu.
