Why i don't get Legacy Package Tie 4 ?

Hello I'm having issue with not received the correct Legacy Account Package even I had already transferred my account correctly. My character from OGP sever is Lv. 215 Engistar named "JnakubTH". For this condition I should received the "Tier 4 " package, but I didn't. Please find out my issue. Thank you very much.

    hey i think i have the same problem or maybe we have to wait because i was for sure above lvl 201 and i dont have any of the tear4 items. And i want my griffen mount i bought like a month before the servers went down :(
