Sword Dancer Skill Bug

The skill "Luminous Destruction", once advanced to master skill growth, behaves very oddly. Sometimes it will normally go through all 3 stages of the skill, and other times it will only go through the first stage. I think it only goes through all 3 stages when the stun (30% chance master effect) successes. This doesn't feel right and makes the skill weaker.

    From first glance, it sounds like a ping issue.

    I have Luminous Mastered too, so it does the longest range strike 3 times now regardless of successful stun or not.

    If your FPS is a bit on the low side, turn down effects and see what happens then.

    My effects are turned down all the way. My ping is a little on the higher side (I'm located in the mid-west), but nothing drastic, I'm still able to play BM effectively. It's weird because I've never had issues with mult-stage skills before this.

    Also my FPS is high, around 150.

    Ok I did some research, and this was a known issue in OGP latale. It is a ping related issue, but OGP released a patch on March 23rd, 2016 stating:
    - Sword Dancer's Luminous Destruction combo times have been fixed to be more lenient on higher latency.

    They also released a patch on October 5th, 2016 stating:
    - The following skill's combo times have been made more lenient so they can be reliably used with high latency:
       Impact Lancer
       Luminous Destruction
       Crescendo
       Transcendence (Dash)
       Transcendence (Sky)

    They also released ANOTHER patch on April 12th, 2017 stating:
    - Combo time of Sword Summon II, Luminous Destruction, and Golden Shot II have been corrected.

    So I'm wondering why it is still an issue? I hope Papaya Play will be able to resolve it, because it is a huge inconvenience :(

    I ran into this problem for the first time today.

    I was in volcano, along the top platform when i suddenly became unable to triple combo it, i'd consistently freeze at the first stage.I did it about 10 times and failed.  I tested this on a empty platform and tried to figure out if something triggered it. 

    After jumping into a mob and attacking some more, it suddenly worked normally again. I just can't tell if its my ping though, since i'm closer to the server now that its on east coast again. Nothing else felt particlarly laggy.

    ill see if i can trigger it again, but yeah, there's definitely a problem. Cause my other skills could combo perfectly normally. just not Luminous.

    Yeah it's weird because nothing about it FEELS laggy, the skill just goes into cool-down INSTANTLY after completing the first stage. I will be upgrading my internet soon and we'll see if that fixes it. ^_^

    **Edit: I tested this on a better internet connection with about 100mbps download speed and about 75 ping to east coast servers. The issue still remains. :(

    The last dev post mentions it being investigated so it seems we're good for now

    i just tried to post the way to fix this issue to Tech support section but it says my post needs to be verified or something so i'll post here too, since i noticed that they mentioned the devs couldn't reproduce the issue.

    here is my post on OGP detailing the skills that were affected when subjobs came out (there are more now) and how to fix them on the client side and papaya also need to do this on the server side.
