General Discussion
Ever since the update me and other players have not been able to come on the game each time we log in we get disconnected and it says "please update the security mode" i know it is not affecting everyone but can you guys please spread the word because i have yet to see any of the staff address the issue.

    I read a post that stated that you had to delete the Gameguard folder, Then turn off your firewall after having done both those things open the client and let gameguard reinstall itself while still firewall being turned off. 

    This might solve the problem.  Then turn firewall back on if it did.  If it did not turn it on as well :p

    i already turn off and set my windows defender and my firewall to allow latale but still it does not work

    I recall a server mic while playing that suggested you shouldn't install LaTale and the DirectX that comes with it.

    Chances are you already have a more recent version anyways.  Probably wouldn't hurt to try reinstalling and seeing if it works.

    Day 6 - nothing had been done the gms dont care the developers dont care , yet there putting more items in fashion shop for us to purchase with our real money :/

    Try disabling all and every non-Windows services and restart your PC. There must be something causing software conflict.

    Maybe also check folder properties. Is it read-only? Do you have sufficient rights to modify it?

    And since "GMs are greedy bastards who don'y give a crap but milk us for money" (at least that's how your last post sounds) finding the cause is mostly up to you.

    For me, this issue is actually caused by GameGuard not liking Avira being open or on at all. It's unfortunate because it's not like I want to keep my antivirus closed :/ I generally alt tab and search the web and stuff while I play so it's just not convenient for me to have it closed while I play.

    It's unfortunate but it's whatever. Sometimes when I get that error I just don't feel like logging back in.

    For me it's Avira that causes gameguard to close my game. :( Gameguard doesn't like it being open or on. It's not convenient for me to leave my antivirus off since I alt tab a lot and do other things while I play.

    It's unfortunate. Whenever I get this error I end up not logging back in for a while because I don't want to bother with it.
