Fashion item missing

I was trying to recreate my avatar from before the transfer, but there is one item that is missing. I'm not sure if this is intentional or if there is a bug going on. They're the "Nurse's Lace Shoes". I remember they used to be in a weird location back before the transfer (I think they were put under the utility category, but they didn't have any stats or anything). Any feedback on this would be great!

    Try checking Toma or Gema in Belos Event Map. I remember seeing one my the hats that used to be in OGP's Fashion Shop lumped in together with a set there which needs to be exchanged with a coupon. If its there, I'm not sure how to get a coupon to exchange for it. But if it isn't there, then maybe it could be a glitch, they forgot to put it in or something or it could be intentional.
