Won't let me update ! ! !

When i click the latale launcher it loads but after waiting 30 seconds a message pops up saying " Update failed. ErrorCode:12029"

help :(

    1) Try disabling your antivir software.
    2) Try disabling your firewall software (Windows Brandmauer included)
    3) Try disabling all non-Windows services and restart your PC
    4) Check if you have enough rights to modify game folder (it might be read-only or something)
