[Suggestion] Invite offline players

I think that this would save so much hassle, if we could just invite players to our friends list and guild while they're offline or in another channel. I mean, we can invite people to a party from another channel, so I don't see how there'd be any technical limitation. 

I've had someone get so frustrated from being unable to join my guild for 3 days due to our login times being offset by a few minutes to an hour each time, that they just left completely from the Discord chat and we can't even contact them anymore. 
In general, it's pissing me off that Latale doesn't have some way to make it easier, like there's not even a way to join a guild by a guild listing board like many games do. It's exhausting to set up a Party Index listing every single day, and not everyone even knows it exists. It also clutters with advertisements for non-party stuff so for people who just want parties, it's annoying as well.
Friends list is also frustrating to deal with, as even with RL friends or friends from outside of Latale it took many tries, multiple days, just to add them to my friends list from either of us being busy or distracted in fighting in-game when the other is online.

The community in general would benefit from being able to meet up easier in-game, as it's hard enough to add RL friends who aren't online at the same time as you, even worse for new people who wanted to join via forums/discord/etc, especially if you have a life like if you have a job or school or go out of the house sometimes, or otherwise cannot be logged in 24/7.

    PS: Not to mention the chat font is so small that most of my friends don't see the chat, so whispers go unheard. We end up just using discord or google to chat when playing. >.<

    OGP/Aeria LT had a countermeasure for the small font. You had to set the locale of the game to North Korea and it made the font look bigger, iirc. Dunno if that still works now.
