Lets Talk builds

Okay so for the most part a good majority of us has already played the game to understand a certain character, and how to tailor them for own needs and playstyle.

BUUUUUUUUUT

There are also a considerable amount willing to learn and play this game. Id like to suggest maybe we as a community put some builds together for different classes. So the casual player who does want to take it up a notch may want to look into reading and learning the strong suits of these classes! Please post under me and lets create a build page for not only the legacy players, but for anyone willing to look into and learn these characters much more!

Those builds are old by now, and there was some changes on game. this is my build for lvl 200 for spear hero, atack skills are your choose cause i have so mani formy ping
And for lvl 200 if you cant afford a Odin +4 go for Degos +9 with just max dmg (and acc if you can) cause you get 22 phy dmg for mastery expert

I'd actually really love help with a Savior Build.
I'm just starting out after a very long time and pretty excited to play a Savior.
I would love to know a good build for Savior

No phantom mage guides. That's unfortunate.

Your spear build is pretty dope, how useful is Release over Combat Spirit and Living Explosion 2? I've yet to try out Release so I'll be sure to give it a go, but I use 2H instead and the build I have here is pretty standard and I really enjoy it for PvE.

So here's a quick break down of it, keep in mind my gear is mostly unenchanted and I can do Sky Coli fine with my party of 4 and clear it relatively well, around 5 runs an hour if we don't get caught up being stupid. The only thing I've enchanted are my gloves and they only hit 53 CD ;_;. Everything else is plain Sky Coli gear.

    • So here you can see my Dead End (5th tier if it's still called that) is only 7/10, I do this because I'm using the Odin 2H sword and that gives 3 points into Dead End and Cross Cutter allowing me to still put them into skill growth without investing skill points into them. You're pretty free to do what you want here, pick and choose the skills you enjoy. A lot of people take Wind Slash too but I do fine without it.
    • On the right you'll see I also skipped Fast Move feel free to pick this up since the movement it offers is great, but again - I've skipped out on it since I feel I do fine without it.
    • Burst Ground and Explosion are the bread and butter moves of my play style, getting these in skill growth and maxed out is vital as their damage increases and they're able to stun enemies. Now the way this works is, in some situations you will create more AP than that which is spent when casting Burst Ground and Explosion, this means if you have enough mobs, you can do these two skills indefinitely.

    Misc skills

    • Pretty standard stuff here but I'm still experimenting with what I like and dislike, what deals the most damage and such so I won't go into too much detail here, these are the miscs I'll be using right now, I'm going to max Fatality Rate Increase 3 and possibly the HP passive next to it.

And these are the hero specials I use

Feel free to message me in game under the name Pleasure kill me. This is not some crazy insane Korean build that's min/maxing the shit out of the class, it's just what I use and what I've become comfortable with. I posted it here in the hopes of it helping others - but yeah, if you have any suggestions I've love to hear them, I'm always looking for ways to make myself stronger :^)

@DrunkenStallion I understand you build, but the difference with spear and 2H is big, rigth now i have 80 TDD at lvl 201, and as i said, atack skills are you desition not mine, cause my ping is high and i cant loose time in delay time or i am dead ._ .
I tested your build. and the difference is this, you need to press skill buttons to get the buff over and over again, and i got 800k crit dmg, you are wasting points for just 1% on static, that is not usefull untill you get black and for 2H i a lot better more max dmg, like for spear, wich spear have a lot of min dmg
i do the same dmg without using buffing every minute with my build, the same dmg not even more, just the same dmg i can do even more with my pets on with my build, dont waste on static if you dont have a minimum of 5k, get more str and atack range both are good friends each other. but as i said it is you build and is how you like to play but im saying that i do the same dmg with both builds for spear.

By the way, how did you put that pictures like that ._ .

Woo hoo, thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely take that on board!

And uh, it's pretty easy, I take screenshots > upload them here ( https://imgbb.com/ ) , open the images, copy the URL and paste it into the link provided when Insert Image is pressed.

I noticed on that database there wasn't a soulless one build, so I figured why not post mine?

My build technically uses all three souls, but to be honest I only mess with red soul to get that Power 6 (magic +12% buff) every so often from using the red soul infinity skill and Rabana's drill every so often in sky coli, or when I run low-level dungeons that require quick attacks and little damage.  That said, red soul is a lot more viable once the skills are mastered; I still prefer using mainly blue and black soul skills at this point.

    image

I don't mess with the blue soul combo anymore.  If I were to use a pure blue/black build, I would just to pad some damage in between skills, but I noticed that once red soul skills are mastered, they do better damage than the blue soul combo.

    image

And for anybody who isn't aware, each soul has an infinity skill, and all three have separate cool downs.  Dragon hazard was totally worth the pain of mastering, since it goes from a crap skill to actually wonderful.

I prioritized getting clairvoyance and release above a good few other things, just 'cause I like seeing big red numbers.  With my level up weapon and +100 magic crit damage sky coli gloves I've managed to crit up to 5mil with just pet buffs, which is nice. Clairvoyance is really good, 'cause it gives +70% critical rate for 10 seconds, which lasts even when you switch out of black soul into another soul.  If you like red soul more than I do, for example, you could probably get decent DPS using this buff then switching into red soul skills after applying it in black soul.

Not really sure where to go next with my points.  I'd consider putting them into the red soul miscs if I used red soul for more than the buff/low-level dungeons maybe.  I might put them into the skill level and then magic damage miscellaneous skills, or into the max and static damage miscellaneous skills.  Not really sure again, haha.

Below are the special skills I've chosen.  I went with TMDD over static 'cause I'm kind of starved for TMDD at the moment.  Also, Soulless One's black and blue souls are very much about burst damage, so I'm not sure if static damage is as necessary to stack on it as it is for a more dps-based class.

Blagh, I realized I couldn't edit, and also realized that I goofed on uploading the pictures.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  The pictures should work below.  They're presented in the order that I talk about them in the post above.  My build is probably not necessarily everybody who wants to play/plays SO, but I figured A build being out there to talk about would be better than no build at all.

I would really enjoy someone giving some insight on a DF build as there aren't any recent skill builds of them.

Does anyone have a WS (Bow) build that they could post.
  • MoonternityMoonternity Posts: 22Member Beginner
@MoistSalad sure, lemme give it a shot

    image

there's the first part of my skills; maybe I'm weird for liking backstep arrow over mastering something like stun arrow, but... eh. personal preferences are weird.

    image

second part of my skills. Shining Arrow is hot garbage and the charge time will absolutely get you killed; would not recommend/10

    image

miscs! there's also 12/12 in Extrasensory and Release, but I didn't feel like those didn't warrant another entire screenshot. (I like extra points in Poisoning II because more damage, even if WS L6 is +10 levels to it lol)

    image

and finally specials; I like the min/max over the crit damage because ws has crit in spades, but bow's base damage is kiiiinda lacking without a good deal of investment.
