Can't acces my ingame prfile and even can't migrate

year, when you invented the new(at that time)/current Nexon launcher, i
tried to migrate and something went wrong. Then, unfortunately at the
same time my computer broke, so i didn't cared for a while. Now a few
days ago, i tried to come back, downloaded the nexon launcher, logged in
with my email adress and password - and everything went well! So far!.
Then the game stared, but instead loading my account, it asked for
nick/player name. So i typed in andpunch and it said already in use...of
course, it is my name. So i tried a few times more, did this and that
and then typed in andpunchs(with a "s" at the end). Then the game
started, and now email adress is linked to new lvl 1 acc but can't
access to my 50-60(i forgot) lvl acc. And when i try do do the migration
again - not with email but my id, it says my id would be already in
global wr. But no way to access my andpunch. So is there a way to
dis-linke andpunch"s" and link my actual andpunch to it? Pls fix this in
any way cause if not, i probably will lose it after july 2017. Thanks
